New partners join PCL Lawyers in Sydney

PCL Lawyers has welcomed Claudio Venegas and Nelson Arias-Alvarez as new partners at its Sydney office. 

The additions bolster the firm's capabilities in building and construction law, commercial litigation and insolvency.

Venegas has focused on corporate and personal insolvency law for over 20 years. He has handled high-stakes winding-up applications and creditors’ petitions in supreme and federal courts; moreover, he has helped to developi restructure and turnaround strategies for clients.

Meanwhile, Arias-Alvarez specialises in construction law and commercial litigation.
