Hamilton Locke partner transitions to Lander & Rogers

Hamilton Locke finance partner Adam Jeffrey has made the transition to Lander & Rogers.

Jeffrey joined Lander & Rogers as its newest partner in Sydney effective 11 March. He comes in with over two decades of experience in banking and finance transactions.

He has provided guidance to Australian and international corporate borrowers and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border issues. He has worked within international markets on general corporate finance, property finance, and leveraged/acquisition finance matters.

In addition, Jeffrey has negotiated derivatives and represented issuers in the Australian and US debt capital markets. Lander & Rogers national corporate practice group leader Jackie Solakovski pointed to Jeffrey’s significant experience and network as strong assets to the practice.
